I think my folks at home are mixing medicine in juice that I drink for my alcohol addiction! and I believe it will kill me earlier than alcohol might

I’m from India and medicine like this are sold by people who doesn’t have any medical background, I have seen people get strokes or tremors after taking those tables (Mostly secretly mixed in beverages by family)

I’m experiencing accelerated heart beat and nausea all the time for no reason Even tho I stopped binge drinking a month ago, Since last 1 week my folks at home are giving me these juices that they never did 😂 I was wondering why until these symptoms started

I know family intensions are good but at what cost lol ..

I have decided to quit eating or drinking anything at home before I quit alcohol
