Sudden alcohol intolerance?

Had a couple last night and am ridiculously hungover now- can’t stop throwing up. It usually takes me getting blackout drunk to throw up, but I was feeling nauseous after a single beer. It was like this the last time I drank too- not sure why! Seems to be worse when drinking beer instead of cocktails. Could I suddenly have an issue with drinking?
