How much BAC does a vodka red bull have?

CONTEXT: recently my country have been strict on the alc tests lately.

Whenever I go out and have my car around, I usually don’t drink. Rarely though (whenever I feel pretty tired), I usually drink ONE vodka red bull at the start of the night; let’s say around midnight and that’s it. My night out usually ends around 4-6am. Nowadays, the police have been strict with these tests often causing traffic and everything and I’m curious if a vodka red bull will set off the breathalyser. The BAC limit in my country is 0.5 so I’m wondering if one vodka red bull might set that off.
