Is it ok if unopened canned cocktails get room temp after being refrigerated?

Probably a stupid question but I bought some canned cocktails that were already in the fridge at the liquor store to take on vacation with me. Will they go “bad” if they don’t stay cold on the trip? They’re cutwaters for reference if it matters.
