Flu-like symptoms for a few days after semi-bender?

Hey guys 🙂 sorry if this is a dumb question, just wondering if someone could help. I’ve been feeling quite sick from something like flu for a few days. Normally I wouldn’t be too worried but I’ve also been dizzy, throwing up and nauseous which are not usual flu symptoms for me. I was on a bender for the past week so I was just wondering if it might be related.
