Took 500mg paracetamol 4hrs after drinking, had 4 pints total. Is it seriously dangerous?

I get very anxious about liver related stuff, but teests always show up healthy. Im really anxious now i tried purging the 500mg apap / paracetmaol but it didnt come up twice.
