Soju

Okay so im rather new to drinking alcohol. I was gifted a 375ml 12% bottle of soju and im not sure how to drink it. With it being a small bottle and lower % i was thinking i just drink the entire bottle like a beer? But online was saying u drink like shots (sip shots?) Any advise would be appreciated.
