drunk neighbor stuck in the hallway, got him back to his room but should i check on him?

im so very sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but its 3:00 in the morning and im worried for the guy. found my neighbor drunk in the hallway, i know hes a heavy drinker, and im not very aware of the different levels of danger. he was responsive, but he was having trouble forming sentences, he was pale but i didnt see any signs of vomit or anything like this. he seemed at least a little aware of the situation he was in, and kept apologizing to me, im almost positive he’s blackout drunk and struggled to get home, im just trying to make sure i didnt lead him back to his room when i should have called for help. thanks appreciated, if this isnt allowed here can someone please tell me where to look for a quick response?
