Liver discomfort

Hi Im 24 (M) and Ive been drinking once a week for the last 6 years probably. Typically 10 drinks in the night I choose to drink. I recently started developing weird discomfort in the right upper quadrant area. It happens the day after I booze and it’s not necessarily painful but I can just feel it if that makes sense. Did blood work a month ago and my liver enzymes were great and everything else was healthy too. Im a fit guy who works out 5 times a week and in decent shape. What else could it be?
