Cocktail Suggestions

My girlfriend and I rarely drink, and she doesn’t like the taste of a lot of drinks. I’ve made her a basic cocktail before with rum and pineapple juice which she liked.

Would anyone have a suggestion of what I could make for her? I need something that isn’t super strong and is sweeter than anything but not maple syrup. She also wants to have enough to where she gets drunk so I’m thinking a high alcohol percentage base with some sort of sweetener like grenadine.
