Blinded

last night I had way to much to drink and fell asleep. When I woke up this morning I still felt extremely intoxicated and I stumbled into my bathroom to get dressed and sat on my counter to button my shirt and when I stood up I had what happens when you stand up to fast while you have low Iron. when I stood up though my vision didn’t just get blurry but it look like my eyes were close when they were open and I jus saw black. that went on for about 30 seconds until I threw up everywhere on the ground and as I was throwing up my vision started to come back. I’m writing this to see if anyone knows what. happened.
