anyone else feel actual pain after drinking

the other day I drank a soju and a couple Japanese highballs, and woke up at 6am in really intense pain😭 usually, I feel pretty gross and my arms ache after drinking, but this time i could barely bring myself to get up because my arms felt like they were gonna fall off…..has this happened to anyone or is there something wrong with me
