Drink while antibiotic

Hi everyone! I started taking ciprofloxacin on Tuesday, every 12 hours, and have felt pretty good since Wednesday. There’s a party this Saturday that I want to attend, and I know I shouldn’t skip my medication. My question is: what real risks do I face if I drink while on this antibiotic? Could it increase liver damage risk, or are there other concerns, or is the risk minimal?
