Can I get a payout like the guy who caused the accident?

I was in an accident earlier this year. The other driver and myself both received DUIs. The other driver caused the accident and had some injuries but I was not at fault. They are now getting a payout from my insurance company and trying to get a payout from the place I came from. How is this fair since they caused the accident and we both were under the influence? Am I able to go after their insurance for a payout since I was not the one who caused it? My car was totaled and I do not have any hospital bills. This happened in Arizona. Any and all advice is much appreciated. 🙂
