What to make with these?

I have these 2 bottles my wife brought me home from trips on different occasions. I’ve been saving them for my 48th birthday which is significant to me because my mother died at 47. I made it to my birthday but I rarely drink so I haven’t opened these yet. What cocktails should I make with these? I’d prefer something without soda or at least will work with diet or zero soda.
