Cant do shots

Hey y’all, i have a really high tolerance but i can’t handle the taste of shots anymore. Due to this every time I go out I can never get drunk. Does anyone have any suggestions of shots/drinks that don’t taste like alcohol? Preferable with vodka or tequila as I am gluten free. Thanks
