Am I an idiot

Found this bottle (open but almost entirely full) in my grandparents liquor cabinet and decided to try it. After drinking roughly a shot I realized I was drinking a 15 year old open sugary beverage and have been pretty freaked out since. Their was a bit of a sharp acetone taste and burn to it but otherwise the rest of the flavor seemed normal. Drank about a shot worth and pulled trig to throw up an hour later after getting worried I drank something super expired. Nothing noticeably weird but it seemed to make slight sound when opening (was sealed very tight). I know I’m an idiot and I know this question probably gets asked every day but do you think I’m gonna be fine or should I go to the hospital or something lol
