Does anyone know the value or age of this Modelo beer tube

Found this Modelo beer tube in an abandoned building today, I can’t find anything about it online, used that Google photos lookup thing and everything, only picture I saw of it was in a bar review but no information, I personally think it’s a cool find, but I know nothing about it !
