Please help girlfriend wont stop shivering in sleep

We went out tonight and drank a lot and as soon as we got out the uber to come home she says she feels sick and starts stumbling everywhere. I get her changed and in bed and she starts shivering uncontrollably in her sleep and making weird noises. I wrap her in the duvet as much as i can and put her in a huge fluffy oodie but nothing is helping and she’s really starting to scare me because she literally looks like she’s having a seizure. Any help on what could be happening or how to help would be great
