Will Prozac make alcohol more detectable on my breath?

Also I know some say people will know if you’re drunk by the smell on your skin/breath but I’ve been drunk around my family (they would for sure call me out) and they said nothing so are they wrong or are they talking about if someone stuck their nose in your mouth or were super close, they would smell it?
