does anyone else get hungover after only one drink??

its literally every time that i drink i get hungover. i dont over do it- last night i literally onky had a whiteclaw surge and was fighting the urge to puke all night, even this morning i still feel nauseous and have cold sweats. this has been literally every time ive tried alcohol. does this happen to anyone else?? whats even going on i just wanna be a normal college kid lol
