How do i get over this. I drunk kissed a girl at a house party

I was under the influence and moral compass completely broke , I kissed her without her consent , and I immediately said sorry , she said it’s alright and kissed me on the cheek , she asked for my instagram , but I was scared and I didn’t give it to her , I left about half an hour later , I apologised to her over 7 times that night, I’m so ashamed if what I did , this was my first time drinking , idk why I did that , I feel like killing myself and I’m scared ,

Should I follow her and apologize again , or shld I just leave things be where they are. I can’t believe I did smth like that
