Does anyone else’s legs hurt when drinking?

I have a question, I don’t drink normally besides holidays with family, but I’ve noticed that my legs hurt afterwards. It’s similar to period cramps migrating to my thighs or the day after leg day when you’re sore. I have a bad stomach and acid reflux, so I don’t drink almost at all.

A few months ago I did by myself for fun, and after I did a shot my legs hurt like a bitch and it was hard to walk on them. Probably the only time I was actually drunk ever, now I know not to drink in public lol. Does this happen to anyone else? Im 20 F by the way.
