Lookin For Boozy Punch Advice

Hi, hello, hope all y’all are well! I’m usin’ a throw away cause this idea is a surprise and all that, feel free to scold me if I missed something rules wise.

But, I’m throwing a Halloween party for 5 friends (I know I know, I’m quite popular/J). I bought a punch/juice dispenser thing, holds roughly 2 gallons/7 liters, and I want to make something boozy. The party plan is literally to get together, drink watch spooky movies, eat candy, and spend the night. Thing is, this is my first time doing this, and I don’t really have any heavy partiers in my family/friends I can ask, and I don’t want to blow a grand on stuff only for it to taste like shitty swamp water.

My initial idea was grabbing a bottle of vodka, bottle of green apple sour puss, putting equal parts into said liquid thing (2 or 3cups). Then topping it off with sprite or mountain dew, and dumping a crap ton of ice in. Thoughts? Great idea? Bad flavor combo? Waste of Money? Lmao, I just need some reassurance or advice regarding this “concept” lmfao.

If anyone’s got any inputs, or boozy concoctions to try instead, I’ll gladly listen, greatly appreciate it, after all, this idea is not at all set in stone, and we’re not getting together for a while yet.
Plan B is also just buying a bunch of those premade shots from my local liquor store and using those, if anyone else thinks that’d be a better idea.
