Is anyone else having extreme period pain because of alcohol?

This month is the worst, everyday when I wake up I almost feel like im going to die. I have so much pain in my belly and legs. This is the first time I experienced it, Ive been drinking 2 bottles of wine a day now since a year.

Before I drank so much I only had pain on day one. So im afraid it might be something else but I dont know.
