Drinking once a week

Is it okay two drink a shot or two and a couple beers once a week on Friday/Saturday night?

I’m 24 years old, I used to be a pothead but kicked the habit a few years ago. I’ve been drunk a few times but mostly have stayed away from alcohol. I get together with friends once a week to play games and just hang out. They all drink, and lately I’ve been feeling the urge to do so a little myself.
