Is It Drinkable?

If I were to have stumbled upon some apple pie (alcoholic beverage which has apple juice, apple cider, sugar, and Everclear) that was probably made 8 years ago, stored in a plastic jug and I’m unsure of the conditions it was in (cold or warm, dark or light) would it be drinkable without any unwanted effects. The fact there is Everclear in it makes me think it is, but then I’m not sure of the conditions and how the apple juice/cider would be.
