How long should I wait before having drinks after taking about 500mg of Tylenol?

So I took 500mg of Tylenol during lunch hour due to a headache (non hangover related), and this was my only dose meaning I didn’t take anymore beforehand. How long should I wait before having drinks to avoid liver damage?

I would like to have drinks tonight at roughly about 10-12 hours later after taking Tylenol, but I’m not too sure if that’s a good idea or that enough time has passed to have low risk.

As for liver conditions, I have a fatty liver. Thoughts? I’ve never been in this situation before considering I hardly take acetaminophen.
