Will a 68 proof orange almond liqueur go bad?

This bottle is probably a solid 20 years old. Unopened of course,

Found it in my dad’s old barn, with a ton of other old alcohols, but this bottle was the only one I was able to keep as my family split them all, and I looked it up and it says certain sugary alcohols will be unsafe to consume after a few years if the proof is too low, so I’m just curious if this 68 proof Moishe shicker will be safe for me to have some shots of?
