Drank 6 shots on an empty stomach 2 nights ago

My stomach still feels off. I spent the better part of yesterday struggling to move around and throwing up every hour or so. No throwing up today but as I said my stomach (and mind) just feels off. I’ve not had a ton of hangovers but this one takes the cake. Any advice and/or is this concerning?
