Help needed!! Fall Bourbon Cocktail-make ahead- Mason Jars

I have a large group heading camping and I need a bourbon fall cocktail that I can make a few days ahead. Something with apples, cinnamon sticks? I’d like to add it to a mason jar and surprise the guys. Any suggestions?
