Burning hands and feet while drinking

Hey guys, I would love to consult with you about something in case any of you have an idea about what it is. I’m a lover of alcohol and its culture one little thing is, whenever I drink, I get burning sensations in my feet and hands and my overall body feels warm. Sometimes I get it right after a bottle of beer and sometimes couple of hours after. If any of you have this? Let me know Please because I m freaking out
