Is this alcohol withdrawal (kindling)?

Ill make this short as possible. I was drinking heavy(litre of 37.5% vodka a day) for about a month or bit longer just before that I went through benzo withdrawal twice in short period of time (because of kindling Ive been told) Ive been clean for just over a month from both benzos and alcohol and yesterday I had some drinks ( 4 x 200ml bottles of 16% wines – magnum) I felt like they didn’t do much. Now its been just over 24hrs and Im feeling like Im having very light withdrawals – Im getting hot flushes or feeling cold then hot and I keep getting those weird itches like crawling on my skin (very lightly but they are there) and now I came across someone else’s post asking about „if they were drinking everyday if one drink could cause them withdrawals in the future” and someone suggested kindling could happen so now Im thinking it could be this. Now I only went through alcohol withdrawal once but benzos and alcohol hit the same receptors (meaning its been few withdrawals between those 2 substances) so now Im thinking it could be this.

Can anyone tell me if that is what is happening to me ? If so how long will this last and will the symptoms get worse or new ones come?
