Black Vomit?

Whenever I drink (it’s rare) I drink either vodka (Absolute) or whiskey (Jameson or Tullamore) I can’t drink much, I get very naseuos from small amounts, I don’t get drunk but I get nauseous. Most of the times I just go and puke it, when I’m puking I puke the food that I ate and black dense thing idk. I feel good right after, but I can’t even get drunk before that happens.
