Help Me Drink!

I’m 22 years old and have had troubles drinking for years. Every shot I have ever tried to take just comes right back up. And beer or seltzers just hurt because of the carbonation so after one or two drinks I’m tapping out while not even being buzzed. I would love some suggestions on specific types of alcohol that are easier to take shots with. As well as drinks or even mixers that are not as harsh going down.
