alcohol allergy/intolerance ??

so i have been drinking since i was around 17 years old (23 now) and i noticed even back then, i would get chest pain, slow breaths, n flushed skin. i drank a lot so it would only happen when i would drink heavy alcohol. i quit for a year in 2020 because it was bad but got back into it again. the feeling i get has gotten so much worse. i get heartburn, itchy skin, heavy chest pains, n feel like i am gasping for air. i am not sure if it is an allergy or intolerance or because i have acid reflux but i can’t even drink half a beer without instantly feeling it. i just feel discouraged because all of my friends drink n i feel left out being the only sober one n it’d be nice to have a beer here n there again. anyone felt this before?
