Alcohol Abuse. Blood in urine

Happened earlier this week….I had a dark pee (not red) and at the end felt I needed to pee more.. it was pink..I wiped myself and the tissue was a little pink and I could see in the toilet bowl it was pink on the side of the bowl. I wiped again and had two small blood clots (smaller than a grain of rice for comtext) Background….(29f) I had a long journey this Monday (9 hours after a big weekend drinking alcohol and not enough sleep)… I’m pretty unhealthy and unfit… I’ve not had anything since but embarrassed to go the doctors as I do drink too much..
