Dumb Question: Does throwing up while drinking always indicate alcohol poisoning

Is it fairly common for folks to throw up while drinking without being super drunk/having alcohol poisoning? Asking because I feel like all the BAC information consistently puts nausea/vomiting in the really high BAC stages of drinking where it’s like indicative of someone being very drunk or having alcohol poisoning but – in anecdotal experience – I feel like I’ve seen a fair number of people throw up without being super wasted more because they had a sour stomach from either drinking too fast, too much carbonation, just needing to free up some space etc.
