Is drinking alcohol while working out harnful?
Now lately i have been drinking a few wodka drinks and get rly motivated to work out and train my muscles.
Now of course i know that alcohol consumption stops evetything else in your body and will also stop the regeneration of your muscle fibers. But in theory the muscle rebuilding should happen after the alcohol has worn off the next day. So there should be no harm done right
If my knowledge isn’t incorrect, does that mean that working out isnt harmful while drunk besides not working out at all.
