brought back from iceland, wanted to try something unique.

Opal – licorice, wildberry, seasalt.

Wild dry gin – herbaceous and earthy notes of arctic thyme, the woody depth of angelica, and the subtle fruity undertones of crowberries and stone bramble Wild pink gin – The natural sweetness of the blackcurrants is a dominant feature, adding a fruity and slightly tangy dimension to the gin. Wild old tom gin – Oak aging and smoked juniper infusion create a rich, deep flavor profile. The oak aging imparts a smooth, woody character to the gin, while the smoked juniper adds a subtle smokiness.

Ive never had gin before. please help me.
