Discolored Rumchata?

Title… poured it into a jar so its easier to see. the bottle has been open for around 2 years, kept in a cool and dark cabinet but unrefridgerated.

Opened it today after probably a year? and it seems sort of brownish. Smells fine, maybe a little stronger than I remember but not rotten or anything. Just wondering if its safe to drink or not
