Is it worth it to stop drinking completely, if I don’t have a drinking problem?

I used to drink about once a week, never crazy amounts, 4-6 beers/glasses of wine max. When I went to a party or a festival (which happened quite rarely) I sometimes let myself go and drank more. I don’t think this counts as a problematic relationship with alcohol.

However, I went to a festival 3 weeks ago, and drank a lot every day for 7 days, which made me get temporarily disgusted by alcohol, and I haven’t drank for 2 weeks now. I’m contemplating stopping for good, because I assume it has significant health benefits. But I attended two house parties since, and drank nothing, and it felt much harder for me to open up or to even enjoy the companion of people that I usually don’t hang out with. I don’t know if it’s worth it… It’s not hard for me not to drink, it’s just the fomo… what do you think, should I continue not drinking at all?
