Weird chest pain

I rarely drink alcohol but whenever i do i almost always get this burning/numbing sensation in my chest that sometimes expands into my limbs. It happens right after the first couple of sips ans doesn’t last long. It only ever happens with alcohol. Am i the only one with this?
