Why are my hangovers seemingly worse than other peoples?
I have been drinking since I was 17, 25 now.
For the past year I have basically completely abstained from alcohol outside of a beer that I sip over dinner once every six months or so. I do this because my hangovers are brutal, so much so I think something might be wrong with me.
First time I drank I drank excessively so it makes sense that I was vomiting all day the next day. Since then though I’ve noticed even a single beer drank over the course of an hour is enough to make me very sick. Two drinks will make me vomit.
Last year during a camping trip I drank 2 beers and the entire next day I was bedridden and vomiting. Headache so bad my ears were ringing, nausea so bad I couldn’t stand without throwing up, all from two beers in one hour.
I don’t care that much, tbh my preferred vice is weed anyway. I just wonder if anyone else has this experience and has any insight.
