(California) Is it legal to order mixed drinks on an app with the intention of receiving it once inside the bar?

Pretty straightforward, but let’s say someone can order a Tito soda on their phone for a bar that has their own app, what is the California law regarding purchasing online and then actually consuming once inside the bar?
