Stomach pain from drinking

I can usually handle my alcohol pretty well and normally don’t have any problems except for some bad hangovers.

Recently, when I’ve been drinking, I’ve noticed that I get a bad stomach pain. It almost feels like a bad cramp in my stomach, and it’s only happening when I drink alcohol. Even if I don’t drink that much.

Does anyone know what this could be caused from? Or has anyone experienced this?
