How much liquid can I drink in one hour

I’m going out drinking today. I have one hour of free drinks. In a night I can consume about 20-30 drinks without blacking out. On this night there will be nose beers too. I think I can probably drink around 40 beers.

How many drinks is semi-safe to consume in one hour? Is 10-15 way to much in terms of liquid?
