alcohol delivery with pre-ID check?

I am interested in ordering cognac from online but ABSOLUTELY do not want to wait at home all day long just to sign my package. It is frustrating and I might as well just drive all the way to the store instead of waiting at home all day. Is there a way to just send a picture of myself and my ID in advance?
