Is my alcohol+juice mix still drinkable?

A week ago, I mixed a bottle of juice with vodka (about 0.2L) and drank directly at the bottle, then forgot to put it in the fridge. It now smells, well, like alcohol, and tastes pretty bad, but it could be the vodka taste. How do I know if I can still drink it ?
