I’m 13 and my friend pressured me into drinking alcohol

My best friend lives in a very bad family, she is 13 and she smokes drinks and vapes. Sometimes when I go over to her house she encourages me to try stuff and she pressured me into vaping and drinking 2 days ago. Will alcohol make me fat?
